These enquiries are delivered to our team by email and stored securely so we can respond and follow up.

Project match searches. If you use our project matching tool and ask to receive your results, we collect your search criteria (such as property type, budget, timing, and deposit range) and your email address, and we store them together with the projects that matched so we can send you the results you requested and follow up on your search.

Accounts and saved listings. If you create an account, we collect your sign-in details (managed by our authentication provider) and store the listings you choose to save.

Website usage. Like most websites, we collect aggregate analytics about how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. This information is used in aggregate to improve the website and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, deliver the results and information you request, provide account features such as saved listings, market and sell the properties of sellers, locate and qualify properties for buyers, and otherwise provide professional real estate services to clients and customers.
