Enquiry and contact forms. When you contact an agent, ask about a listing, request to sell your home, or submit a listing, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, and message, along with the listing you asked about. These enquiries are delivered to our team by email and stored securely so we can respond and follow up.

Project match searches. If you use our project matching tool and ask to receive your results, we collect your search criteria (such as property type, budget, timing, and deposit range) and your email address, and we store them together with the projects that matched so we can send you the results you requested and follow up on your search.

Accounts and saved listings. If you create an account, we collect your sign-in details (managed by our authentication provider) and store the listings you choose to save.

Website usage. Like most websites, we collect aggregate analytics about how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. This information is used in aggregate to improve the website and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, deliver the results and information you request, provide account features such as saved listings, market and sell the properties of sellers, locate and qualify properties for buyers, and otherwise provide professional real estate services to clients and customers.

We do not sell, trade, transfer, rent, or exchange your personal information with anyone. We do not disclose personal information you provide to outside parties, except to the service providers described below or when we believe the law requires it.

Contests and giveaways

When you enter one of our contests through an identified entry method, such as SMS or Instagram direct message, we may collect your telephone number, social-media username, name and other information reasonably necessary to administer the contest. We use this information to record entries, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners and award prizes. Additional identification or delivery information may be requested from a potential or confirmed winner where reasonably necessary. Contest information is not used to send unrelated marketing unless you separately consent to receive those communications.

Third-party entry channels. Where a contest is entered through a third-party platform such as Instagram or SMS, information submitted through that platform is also subject to the applicable platform or telecommunications provider's privacy practices. We receive and use contest entry information only for the purposes described in this policy unless you separately consent to another use.

Email, SMS and your communication choices

We send email you have asked for — responses to your enquiries and results you request. Emails we send you include our identity and contact details and, where applicable, a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and is respected by any future mailing. Where you have separately opted in to promotional email or SMS, you may unsubscribe at any time using the method provided in those messages. You may opt out of communications at any time.

When you ask us to email you something, we keep a record of your request — what you asked for and when — as documentation of your consent, retained for as long as the law requires.

Service providers

We use reputable third-party providers to operate this website: website hosting, database hosting, email delivery, content management, mapping, and analytics. These providers process information solely so we can operate and secure the service, under contractual data-protection commitments.
