Above Condos

Above Condos is a new residential project by RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, located at Hurontario Street and Bristol Road in Mississauga.

The development features two connected towers built on a shared podium, rising 24 storeys beside Bristol Station on the Hazel McCallion LRT line. Just north of Mississauga’s lively downtown, the community will offer 579 units and more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The neighbourhood is family-oriented, with close access to transit, shopping, green space, and schools.

With the Hazel McCallion LRT right at its doorstep, residents will enjoy direct connections along Hurontario Street. MiWay and Zum bus services stop nearby, while Cooksville and City Centre GO stations provide additional bus and train links. A trip to downtown Toronto takes just over an hour by transit.

For drivers, the location is minutes from major highways, including the 403, 401, 407, and 410, making it easy to travel across the GTA. Driving downtown Toronto takes around 30–35 minutes.
